Welcome to my author site and blog. When I started thinking about what I wanted to communicate on this site, I thought about why I love to read. I am in love with the words authors string together evoking images of the worlds they create. There is nothing better than finding myself mid-read on a page and thinking –man, that is one great line. So, while I continue on my publishing journey, each time I read another great line, I will share it on this site. I hope you find them as thought provoking as I do.

I am an attorney who spent most of my career working as a Human Resource Consultant in the banking industry. Counseling and managing people provided me with a unique insight into interpersonal relationships and I focus my writing on the role familial relationships play during difficult times. I have contributed to grownandflown.com and literarymama.com (use the writings tab above for links). My favorite thing to do these days is help students with school application essays – there is nothing so gratifying as seeing someone realize they have something important to say.
